My name is Lucy Filiatrault, I have been working as an Integration Aide for special needs children since 2005.
I have been working in the school system with children with Autism, PDD, Asperger, PDD-NOS, teaching them basic skills, helping them develop strategies to facilitate their learning, communication skills, behaviour and social interactions with their peers.
As a private technician, I help families with the implementation of visual schedules, managing with challenging behaviours and with interacting with family members and helping intergration in daycare environment.
I am always in continuing training and learning about autism developmental disorder.
